Sometimes, they are not stupid. They are just ignorant, they said they are holding this stock, but they didnt even keep track of the PP progress, but they have all the time to comment in this forum. Irony?

Yea yea yea, he may be telling the truth. But the truth is he is spamming non-stop on the same things. Similarly, those that everyday post same things on limit up la, whatever is not encouraged too. What for keep posting the same things, not like fellow forumers here are blind.

You can always study more and re-look at your investments to justify whether are they still worth while to be invested. It is better to keep quiet if you don't have anything constructive to give.

If you think MIDF is not credible, means what they said is not true. THEN SELL OFF.

Besides the directors does not keep mute on the company progress, they did it through MIDF. One of MIDF latest report says that they reaffirmed their tp after meeting with the executive director. If MIDF posted something that the company does not allow them to say, don't you think they will issue a statement or sue them?

And I have never ask to buy or accumulate, I would say hold it if you have faith, sell if you don't. As simple as that. Keep shouting like mad does not help. You want directors to address the issues, write in, call in, or attend AGM. You think the dearest directors going to give a press just because you are shouting in a stock forum?

Did I ask you to buy? I asked you to sell if you have no confidence. Besides calling people stupid, what else do you know? Oh repeat and ask directors to come out to talk. I have a strong feeling that a good QR will come out today. Because, it is very strange that someone is not here today.
Anyway, I agreed with Justinvestor and Orga that this QR profit will be around 10m. But, MIDF has predicted the company's whole year profit will be around 100m. It that is true, deducted the 5m profit from Q1, Vivocom can still make average 32m per QR. Not too sure about how the company going to hit the forecast target of MIDF.

The most ridiculous reason I have heard of on "How to Make Your Stocks Fly" is to spam comments on one of the many forums that discussing on the counter. LMAO! Seriously, I nearly choked myself when I read that comment. HAHAHAHAHA

He didn't even attend the AGM, and then now he says directors are not talking.

I think its time for us to ignore Darth and co. He wants the directors to explain, but don't want to make the efforts to reach out to them. As if they have superpower and know what is his concerns.

It is not about the amount. It is about the percentage. You go and tell making Buffet about making 8 million profit, what do you think will be his response? But if you tell them you have a deal that can make 50% profit, I bet even him will call you sifu.

If someone else is willing to take out RM 40 mil+, but just trying to make few cents profit (0.01 - 0.02) [assuming they sell off after they obtained the PP]. I would suggest them to manipulate other counters, the reward will be much more handsome.
No sharks manipulate just to earn less than 10% of return. If I wanted to make so little profit, I might as well park my money with mutual funds. Just my 2 cents.

Well, to be very honest, I have no answer as to why the price is not moving up. But I have confidence in the company's futures and direction, but of course the sentiment may change if the company not able to collect back their debt due to various reasons or they have not been able to make increasing profits despite of their huge project amount in hand.
Remember that construction industry is not about securing huge project amount (but without handsome profit), ultimately, it needs to show profit to rewards its shareholders. The company currently still having PP and not giving out dividends is due to they still need the cash flow to sustain their activities. Give them some time before you judge them are not performing.

Wow. First time I know you can calculate QR! Without touch base with the company! How do you know their profit margin? Their construction progress? Their collection status? Their sign off of progress report? Their EoT or LAD? Their tax amount? Said someone who doesn't even see the announcement for the amount of PP and value! Please, stop fooling around kay.

Talking about fake ID, maybe we should be careful of those accounts that has only commented on Vivocom since day 1 their account is created? Spammed few hundreds and thousands comments on Vivocom.

If the company's direction/ future is not promising, I would have sold off and never revisit the forum everyday to check out the latest happenings.

How do your know 2nd quarter is bad? Where does the source come from? How do you verify that is it true?
And if it is really true, why don't you sell off your shares first and buy back later? Or you are really so kind that you wanted to warn ppl of the bad QR? How kind are you :)
We have to always understand the "agenda" behind the people sharing their own thoughts without proper analysis/ verified sources of information.

And someone else still asking the stupid question of when is the PP done. Apparently what he knows is only complain and complain, not even know how to check the announcements.

And the 2 mil PP was announced on 18/08/2017. Until today, 18.5 mil shares have been placed, raised a total amount of RM 2,339,750, average price issued per share is RM 0.126472973.

After you have bought in a counter, it is either you stick to your own beliefs and hold it, or you sell it if the company's direction has diverged from what you believe. Do your own study, believes no one. You have to understand the intention of people asking you to buy or to sell. No one is so kind that they would want to stop people from losing money/ they wanted to help people to earn money.

Go check back all my comments on this counter. Did I ask people to accumulate? What I have asked is just for "someone" not to spam and repeat his comments over and over again. Honestly, if you are really so annoyed by the low share price and suspects it is manipulated by the sharks or "directors", you can just report to SC or Bursa. Meanwhile, DIAM LAH!! I believe that everyone welcomes both positive and negative comments, as long as we are not too over about it.
As one of the prominent investor has mentioned the catalyst of construction company should not be the amount of contract they have been awarded, but it should be the amount of profit they made from the contract. It is easy to be get awards as long as you are willing to get it at little/ no profit.
Hence, for Vivocom to go into uptrend, I believe that what it takes is to show the investors their increasing profitable and sustainable QR.

Who teach you to put all eggs in one basket? Of course no one will put all their assets in one single stock. And honestly, sometimes its better to be quiet if you have nothing to contribute. Everyday repeat the same comments over and over again. Dodging the questions people asked and repeating yourself over and over again. Period.

But if you dont write in to them, will they know your concern? If you are going to write to them, I believe that all of us here would be happy. At least that's something more contributive than complaining and accusing here.

If you wanted the directors to come out to explain (if they are so free and got ntg to do), maybe you should spend time writing in to their investor relations? Instead of poisoning everyone by spamming your comments. Besides, proxy or nominee's account would have been stated in the PP if they are the one buying instead of the bank. You think the bank would want their reputation to be at stake if the invisible proxy make a chaos out of this stock? And if for whatever reasons, its really the proxy buying, what do you think make them confident enough to get PP?

Besides, after Macquarie completed the PP, they will be a substantial shareholder, any selling will need to announce to Bursa. So there's no point for you to always accuse the directors as shark, the directors wanna con us, the directors don't care us.
