Took a quick look at P/BV : Penang Property Cos like Tambun, Ivory, E&O, avg P/BV : 1.3x, Similar mkt cap property co (RM500-1,000m), P/BV : 0.82. Hunza offer price RM2.50, P/BV = 0.71 but vs RNAV (Alliance Research 15/5/13 RM6.55) = 0.31x. Draw your own conclusion

I think worth a bet as company will have net cash post China & Warrant of RM350m, these guys can hype things up

My guess, directors want the warrants exercised, so share price should go up, make sense for them to raise another RM75m so they have a larger fire power to do deals

Anyway, new deadline for China deal 30/4, so may be after Warrant expired, they announced the deal, share fly, punters come out with $ to exercise warrants, compny RM75m richer, announced more deals........

Big question what is the value of this stock post-china sale, I read some where they will have net cash of RM284m, and assume the 100m warrants exercised, company will have outstanding shares of 622m, that is RM0.45 of the share price now is cash, am I right ?

They are buyers for warrants at RM0.01, how do you read this ? Insider buying knowing after exercised, share price will shoot up ?
