Radium Bhd has many good land banks bought at very good prices. They have the experience in getting best deals as shown in their previous developments in Setapak & Genting Klang.

EVD next quarter Good result will be announce in August. Past 3 years they have achieved fantastic results. And will have a low PE ratio

Finally. EVD a strong company with good profit track record.

My conclusion. EPF's Citibank is just as dirty. When they threw below 5% about a month ago, they disappeared from radar. Latest annual report, they are only holding 3.24%. They have thrown another 1.76% while hiding under water like a submarine. Hopefully Tan Ai Pen destroyer can blast them under the ocean.

Blame it on EPF 's Citibank who has been selling since beginning of the year. Non stop throwing. Billions thrown. Finally foreign funds will benefit. Look at IOI. Easily EPF will throw 1 million shares & more every trading day. Sunshine will come when they stop throwing & hopefully starts to buy cheap again.

Good day Sifu Calvin. As I have experience the best 3 limit up from HLT which you recommended in 2020.
After making money in HLT, I also invested in Supermax & profited. My friend also asked me to buy ES Ceramic. If I am not wrong, I started buying at 0.18. Then it shot up to RM0.80+. Making good profit. Then my friend says next target is RM1.50. Rosli & gang from the other Bumi Bhd have been buying up consistently. Those who commented on I3 also says it will fly. And finally I got burnt badly when it drop down to RM0.50 where I have to cut lost. Just wonder how you calculated that RM0.80 + is the peak & you have sold all. And the Malay Group buying in is to entice us to buy more. Too bad I didn't listen to you.

I can still remember in 2020. I first invested in Supermax. That time glove counters were darling of rocket science. While I were in Penang with my family for holiday reading I3 comments, I crossed over to Calvin's recommendation on HLT. A counter I have never hear before. Master Calvin detail & elaborate explanation in layman terms really motivated me to try. Of course, started buying in small numbers. Then suddenly it started to limit up for 2 days. Master Calvin gave more encouragement & I kept adding more fire power. After 3 days of limit up, it was the best profit I had from klse.
I also followed kyy on his recommendation on AT. His visit to the factory in Perak. Very convincing posting & I chase it after his visit with many photos of the factory. 2 days later, kyy said, he sold. Habis lah. Till now it has dropped more than 90%.
Master Calvin never take me to Holland. He is honest and doesn't charge for any courses or lectures. I believe TSH will be another HLT in the making. Of course with much much better fundamentals. Calvin, just wonder how much TSH NTA will be if they revalue their land bank. I think it will be RM Billions +

With EPF current selling spree, it is definitely best time to buy Oil Palm counters and TSH has the extra Ong factor with its windfall profit from the land sale in Sabah & Kalimantan.

Hi Calvin. I have been following closely your write up on TSH & has invested in it.
In 2020, I have followed your recommendations on HLT & had gain 3 limit up within a week. I also bought Esceram when you announced that you sold at 0.80+ but I kept & lost.
I just need your personal opinion as to when do you think EPF will stop selling most of the oil palm counters. I think foreigners are buying up what EPF is currently selling. I believe Oil Palm counters will shoot up once EPF stop selling to raise fund for the maximum withdrawal of 10k next month by members. Please give your personal opinion. Thanks

Next month EPF will regret. And foreign funds laughing to the Banks. That's what our government wanted to do. And EPF says this is the last withdrawal of 10k max, each account.

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 19 December 2019 and its subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.



On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 30 November 2021, resolved to approve the resultant equity structure of EVD pursuant to the Proposed Regularisation Plan under the equity requirement for public listing companies, subject to the following conditions:-



1. EVD to allocate 12.5% of its enlarged number of issued shares to Bumiputera investors to be approved by Ministry of International Trade and Industry within one (1) year after registering profit or three (3) years after the implementation of the Proposed Regularisation Plan, whichever is earlier (“Compliance Date”);



2. EVD to submit to the SC a proposal to comply with equity condition stated in paragraph (i) above, at least six (6) months prior to the Compliance Date; and
