YTLP is worth less than RM 2
Here is my explanation
1. The offer is 5 shares for 1 warrant at an exercise price of rm 2.45
2. In simple English , it is 1 share for 1/5 warrant at an exercsise price of 49 cts.
3.Based on YTLP price of rm 4 at the time of the announcement , the theoretical price of YTLP is rm 4 minus 49 cts = rm 3.51 cts
4.The enlarged total number of shares outstanding will increase by about 20% , therefore YTLP shares will fall another 20 % from rm 4 or 80cs
5.The actual theoretical price of YTLP is now 3.51 minus 80 cts = rm 2.71
6.Thats why YTLP management set the EXERCISE PRICE at 2.45 and not 1.45 or 3.45 as it is near the theoretical FAIR PRICE for YTLP
7.Readers must asked WHY YTLP management is forced to make such a STU*PID HASTY DECISION.
8.YTLP knows of CASHFLOW problems down the road.
