The RTO between S5 and ancomlb indeed wasted too much of our time.
Lost opportunity costs. Whereby our capital can be invested elsewhere with positive returns.

It's very difficult to reorganise.. that article is out in 2020.

1. Ancomlb's core business must exist until RTO successfully take place. If not it will be classified under PN17 company.

2. Ancom berhad can either inject nylex's previous core business into ancomlb and make it a more valuable company. But why would they do so? Whereby they can sell off ancomlb to other companies interested to takeover.. ancomlb company directors enjoy a multifold-gains. Much more gains than the hassle of shifting businesses over from ancom to ancomlb.

3. That's the reason why I said, our capital will be trapped in ancomlb until God knows when.. who knows when the next RTO will take place successfully? Who can guarantee the next RTO won't drag on for another 2 years and then be called off again?

The only thing I forsee here is. Our capital will be trapped in this stock until God knows when....

@high5 I don't remember ancomlb being a shell company. It still has its core logistics business going on.

This outcome is already expected as per mentioned earlier. When s5 lost the injunction case with iris.

This is the second best outcome. Because there is no more extension of the HOA. Secondly other companies can step in to make use of ancomlb to be listed.

Judging from the sell flow these few days, seems like it's an exchange of shares in the open market. Someone is selling in big quantities to another buyer, who is buying up the shares. No guarantees whatsoever going to happen. But these are just my observations.

By next Monday or Tuesday we will know the answer.

Hopefully we shareholders don't have to wait too long for the next listing status(RTO) to come. And hopefully s5 will terminate this HOA. don't extend the HOA anymore. It's pointless to do so, at the expense of us, the shareholders.

What I meant by insiders: people within the management or immediate circle of these people. They must have known something about this RTO. If this RTO between s5 and ancomlb is unsuccessful, they would have first hand info about it and sell ancomlb down. Back below 10 cents.

Ancomlb still heavily bid. While nylex got sold off sharply to the close. This certainly means something positive is brewing.. this rally in ancomlb is not driven by gains in nylex

As stated above, we need to wait for official announcement of the reverse take over of s5 vs ancomlb. If not any uptick of the share price will be sold down heavily by retailers who are looking for short term profit.

Waiting for formal propsed corporate exercise announcement from s5 to bursa malaysia. Today's move is a spill over effect from nylex.

I don't know who is selling down so heavily... everytime someone tries to push up ancomlb, the other party will sell it down heavily.

I'd rather s5 call it off early. Don't extend the HOA for another 3 months again...... let other companies who want RTO to come on board for negotiations.

If it's a negative outcome, there won't be a major sell off in the share price. Because market have already priced in a 80% negative outcome already.

Unless there is a formal, positive and definitive answer from s5, the share price will likely remain here.

That being said, as mentioned previously by someone else above, if the RTO have a high chance of success, share price would already be trending up slowly a few months ago.
Market makers will never allow us to buy in at these ridiculously cheap prices.

But then again, we don't rule out a surprise announcement as well. If its a positive outcome, share price would gap up and fly. Because this is not within market expectations.

At least from what I observe. Nylex is an empty shell now. If RTO is to proceed, all of ancomlb subsidiaries companies will be taken over by nylex. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

So what we need now is a definite answer from s5. This kind of 15-20% run up doesn't mean a thing because this is a high beta stock.

And given the current share price, many of us are in negative equity and trapped. We cannot afford to dispose of these shares at these ridiculous prices.

Yes, that was why I keep on emphasizing. We as shareholders of ancomlb do not want to see the HOA being extended for another time.

It's a serious opportunity cost(ie, our money can be invested somewhere else with positive ROI). And some of us here are waiting to cash out for other purposes.

We cannot afford to get trapped and stuck here(s5 vs ancomlb) for another few more months.

the outcome on 16th of April doesn't matter much actually. Even if s5 abort, there will be other companies waiting to come on board for RTO listing. I seriously hope if s5 is not serious in this RTO with ancom, just terminate the contract.
Do not extend the HOA anymore. Shareholders of ancomlb are trapped for a very long time and certainly do not wish to be dragged on until God knows when based on these false promises.

I seriously hope they do not extend the HOA again.... its very unfair to shareholders like us...
