Former Bursa Malaysia CEO Datuk Seri Tajuddin Atan has been appointed as MMC Corp Bhd’s new chairman with effect from Sept 1,2020.

This guy is very famous for his banking and capital market experience..

He was previously CEO/ Managing Director of various Banking Capital Market Institution including

Bursa Malaysia Bhd
Bank Pembangunan Bhd
RHB Group
Bank Simpanan Nasional Bhd
Chase Perdana
Cagamas Bhd..


Some capital funding or corporate restructuring exercise is coming... Maybe.. listing of Port of Tanjong Pelepas....

RTS awarded or not awarded to MMC Corp also no significant impact to MMC Corp ...


MMC is no more a pure engineering or construction company since many many years..

Do you know that:

1. MMC own and control almost 70% Sea Ports in Malaysia? Exp: North Port, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Penang Port, Melaka Port and etc.

It's overall port service and transaction income is actually higher than Westport Holdings Bhd.. but Westport share price is RM3 plus.

2. MMC is the major shareholders of Malakoff Bhd. It control and indirectly manage MALAKOFF... But MMC share price is lower than its ex subsidiary.


3. MMC also is the major sharejolder and indirectly control Gas Malaysia Bhd.


4. MMC also own and operate SENAI Airport.


5. MMC has been consistently giving out high dividend for the past 10 years.


6. Many of its subsidiary companies can worth multi billions if MMC want to make them go Public.. same like it did to Malakof and Gas Malaysia many years ago.

MMC share price still down cause somebody not plan to make it high yet.

So. Just accumulate MMC at this level... Or you will regret when it suddenly push up.
