Kobay is making money but its latest qr showed that it shouldn't worth above rm2.. The previous increment was Bcz investor expect the coming qr will be better than the previous quarter But it showed opposite way.. It profit started to decline which mean it's profit is not stable.. That's the reason it's price started to drop and should back to below rm2 at least until the latest qr show some good news

At the price of rm2.. 10sen dividend = 5% interest rate which is consider very high.. We not sure whether it will be like flbhd give another addition of 5sen at next quarter.. But with the 2 financial report, shh's 1H eps is around 14.. Annualized eps will be 14sen x 2 = 28 sen.. So I think this share could reach rm2.80 with such high dividend and high eps if the market perform good in next few weeks

Calvintan is making a ridiculous comparison.. How can you assume all the company did like YLI make loss which cause the share price slumped.. Even with the share price of rm1.25 now, engtex is still trading with a low P/E ratio and obviously it not at the peak now.. Engtex has been oversold after bonus issue and right now it just back to the price after bonus.. The most important thing is that engtex is having a very solid financial report even during crisis.. This show how good the management is in handling tough time and With the recent news, engtex can climb even higher, and only when it reaches rm2 u can say it reaches peak but surely not now.. Now is the golden time for engtex to shine after hibernated for such a long time..
