Roy Ho has admitted that between 1 January, 2008 and 24 October, 2008, he used nine clients’ trading accounts at Tricom, now known as Stonebridge, to place buy and sell orders for shares on the Australian Securities Exchange without permission.

ASIC found that Ho was in breach of the Corporations Act when he continued to trade on accounts operated by one client despite being asked to stop by the client and agreeing not to trade any further.

Presbhd has positive cashflow from operations since past two quarters and plans they have will certainly result in upside for investors.

This company has a good CEO and management.

Price soared yesterday with people expecting limit up for this counter. The reason for this is pending court case outcome on SKIN project termination. Here is what you need to know about this court case:

1. Case will be an outstanding summon and not a writ. This is seen as a big win for the company as court rejected govt appeal to turn it into a writ. If it was a writ legal process could be long drawn. With OS it should settle sooner as reliance will be on affidavits and documents.

2. Case is set for trial from 1 July to 3 July. These are key dates.

3. There is no ambiguity on breach of contract, neither party is arguing that.

4. It's amount of compensation and how it's calculated is in contention. Company claims 733 million based on 9% completion of project. Govt claims its lower amount

Seem like someone lost lot of money in this counter. Can't even think straight and claim sold at 615 when highest price today was only 61. Stop lying to people to make yourself feel better :)
