The company has declining revenue, continuos loses, high debt, negative operational cash flow. It is a Company that is bleeding to its slow death.

These banks and PNB already tied themselves too much to SAPNRG. And SAPNRG is drowning.
They have to throw a small lifeline to SAPNRG so they themselves , hopefully, can avoid drowning with SAPNRG. These banks are very buying more tme for themselves.
No guarantee SAPNGR can survive unless O&G upstream industry can revive over time.
