I guess the UOB research about solar energy is slowing down in US is dragging down the price.. and the reaction of the stock price after the qtr result announcement is the same as the one in Feb,.. going up and come down within the same day, with higher low achieved when coming down after going up in the very early of the trading session for the day.. I guess long term holding should be still sounding for this stock?? Insight??

to reach 1.89, it will have to get through a few resistance, whereby trader will opt to sell for profit then buy back with lower entry.. but long term perspective for this stock, it should be in an uptrend having to see chip based payment is basically a habit for younger generations, cash-based is starting to get eliminated..

if targeting for dividend collection, this is one of the good choice for holding.. but the price of the stock looks limited in term of appreciation..

Agreed with @skyz. Medium to long term perspective i believe padini has the potential to go until 2.40~2.50 then targeting for 3. But based on recent trend, alot of good result stock gets sell down terribly, eg, tekseng with stellar result yet the price unchanged corresponding to price before result announcement. market sentiment is not good, and too bad padini is also impacted with this unwelcome sentiment...

Should be able to see the actual movement end of this week. The qtr report used to be announced at the last trading day of February, which in this case, will be next Monday (29th Feb).. If this stands valid this time, then traders/investors who wish to take the ride with the result announcement is expected to start entering the market by this week...

It will need to get through a few range of resistance, having to see that we couldn't control the pool of the contra players... but once RM1.30 is breached, it should be going up a range before hitting resistance likely around 138 - 140.

should be moving up real soon, expecting it to pass 130 early next week

if base is low enuf to give profit, selling first, then buy back at the price lower than your selling price can be executed (at least you lock your profit in CASH within pocket instead on top of the paper), having to see that the stock market generally will fall down after a range of hiking.. though this stock appears more prevailing in long term holding
