尤文集团去年第四季面临净亏损132万令吉，转为今年首季取得1205万令吉净盈利，超越前期四倍，同时，比截至二零一七年十二月卅一日财政年的907万令吉高。
该集团董事经理拿督尤瑞庆接受《The Edge》专访时直言：「最坏时期已过，我们准备卷土重来。」
尤瑞庆对尤文集团二零一八财政年盈利表现保持乐观，之前在二零一六财政年取得1152万令吉净盈利，料将从City of Dreams发展计划的营收实现，不久前，该项计划的停工令已获撤除。
整个计划发展总值8亿令吉，由尤文集团的子公司EWEIN公司置地与Zenith建筑联营发展，占地3.67英亩的City of Dreams产业计划，于2015年推出，大约70%单位已售出，预期在明年杪完工。
尤文集团股价为81仙，反映12倍本益比，它第一季盈利已超越去年全年，若接下来三季盈利继续，那前景值得期待。
