Vaccine has been found but the testing takes time before ready for mass use. No short cuts whatsoever. They need to monitor if any side effects which will only come after sometime-that’s the protocol.
The virus keeps mutating n they are finding new issue everyday hence the conflicting announcement n somewhat confusing at times too for the public.
