UniC - thanks and SKpetro although highly geared, their business model is also highly diversified- they are in production, engineering, fabrication and construction, vessels and barges... they come across sometimes are owners and sometimes as clients and sometimes as contractors - the diversity give them strength. Look at their order books. It's very healthy. Now I cannot say based on the order books they will have healthy profits - that I don't know.

Tomorrow another t+7 for big volume. They are obviously dong the pump and dump ad they have 7 days to roll. It would be very interesting to see what transpires within the next roll. It's not looking good at all.

Thanks factfinder, I just concluded on reading the report and I find a lot of clever hiding - for instance the dial to raise they still owe Ping USD2.7 million which has an accrued interest of 2% compounded.

This was what reported in the unaudited account and is conveniently missing in the final accounts:

"On 11 March 2016, both parties entered into a variation term sheet and mutually agreed the following payment method for the Balance Sum:

(i) USD2.7 million to be settled by Hibiscus Petroleum in the form of Hibiscus Petroleum Shares calculated based on USD2.7 million divided by a conversion price based on the 5-day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) of the Hibiscus Petroleum Shares immediately prior to 14 March 2016; and

(ii) the remaining balance of USD2.7 million of the Balance Sum to accrue interest monthly at 2% per month compounded from 10 March 2016.

Pursuant thereto, up to 53,848,537 Settlement Shares would be allotted and issued at an issue price of RM0.205 per Settlement Share, being the 5-day VWAP of the Shares immediately prior to 14 March 2016 (“Issue Price”) (based on the exchange rate for RM4.0885 = USD1 from Bank Negara Malaysia’s middle rate as at 5.00 p.m. on 11 March 2016)."

I am amazed at the administrative expenses of MR325 million. What administration are they running? A small government??? Than is expenses of RM27 Million per month and what administrative expenses is this? WOW!!! I know they wrote off the investment LIME, which is what they have been showing all this while. Finally the truth is out.

Look at the "other adminstrative expenses" of RM94 Million. WOW!! WOW! WOW!! This is real expenses and hard money paid!

The group results for these expenses are even worse. Can I work there, I am very good with administration - I only charge RM5 million per month - cheap cheap

And for those who still believe Annasuria is money making - go and get a Chartered accountant to read the report and tell you the truth. Sorry guys, numbers don't lie.

Amazing in 1 year they can lose RM281 million and THIS IS REAL MONEY LOSS!! Actually no eyes can see this amount of losses in 1 year and you are all believing they are making money. Time to wake up.

The other famous term is "pump and dump"..... to all the generous new investors.

And the counter made a move today and healthy volume, this is a good sign...............................

I have been watching closely Hibiscus, even with all the negative surrounding this counter has been holding steadily, so when it moves up, it is going to explode strongly. Breaking the RM1 mark should be a breeze.......................

Ha! Ha! Ha! Is there any oil and gas counter that has not been hit by more than 50% since its high? I think other counters have dropped more that 50% even some that are not O&G......................

And if you don't like the counter - why keep coming back and writing? Amazing.......................

Which is better - Management raising fund by rights issue (which is always the case!) or Management came to buy back their shares and support the price for 1 week and then did a private placement and not burdening their existing shareholders? To me, Hibiscus are doing 6 drilling this year - 2 are being drilled this quarter and if I am not wrong, one is being drilled right now......................so just wait and see...............................

And my take is Oman their 2P/2C oil strike reserves are about 100 million barrels based on what is shown on the slides......................

So total known reserves now stand at 125 million barrels and the share float off 920 million. What should be the value of Hibiscus share? Now that is interesting isn't it....................

Just so as you get your head around things - read the presentation and see the reserves of 2P and 2 C,

Its about 25 million barrels now. And what about OMAN? Where there have strike oil? What is the 2P/2C reserves there? So - please proceed with your maths based on the numbers of share float what should be the value of the company.

And please don't compare with Sona and Cliq as they have yet to establish any business yet. These companies are still listed as SPAC whereas Hibiscus is listed in main board under industrial product. It is no longer a SPAC................................

It is most appreciative if guys can add value and substance to forum rather than the contrary.............
