As every company you invest, they are the risk there. Just either you believe in them or not. What i see for arbb is their business development was going on the right track. It will be adding more and more job for them as things go more modern and high tech. Many job will be soon replace by this new technology, not all but atleast half of it would be replace. Can you imagine how about in future when you buy house, all can be done online, they have the system to check all your info, and all SPA and Loan agreement can be sign through online. And for those subsale, as you know some property when you sell, you need to go through the super slow process by our government. Need to wait for their approval , whatever la. You will see that many stuffs which need approval from our gov are super duper slow. What if these process can be simplify even more thru online and fasten up the overall process? For current situation, many agreement that you sign still need sign by your own physically, because they feel that not secure using online. How about in future if they can make thing more secure and convenience. Many manual job will be kicked off. Future is here. Choose the right company. Automation, iot and erp is going big in future. You will have your big smile and no need doubt with money after 5years if you invest 10% of your salary every month into one of these "futuristic" company. Go get your right choice, this not limited to arbb only, still have many other good company waiting for you.

Not much worry for Arbb as their previous year 2020 annual report was done audited and for sure they should also verified for the 60+m trade receivable under non-current asset. For what i see why arbb trade receivable would be high is because of their business model. For ERP, they are providing software services, as this might be in term of 5years service and they might enter into some agreement, payment would only be paid after the service (if it is satisfaction). For IOT smart building, this is more obvious that it would categorize in trade receivable and would be under non current asset (most probably) because their system would only available at the very end of the completion of 1 building, so they might need to wait for the high rise building to be almost complete, they just able to provide their services and install their stuff. Normally one high rise building would take 4years to build up. The trade receivable occur to be after they make partnership with China Unicom, so it might be one of the reason why their trade receivable increase because of getting some big IOT contract with this company.

Back to serbadk, as you all can see its last quarter report havent out yet due to unverified item. Becareful on SCIB as well because its QR also havent release yet. For Kpower, it is out, but you all can see it is audited till 30/6/2020 only. Quite fishy. Not like arbb already audited till 31/12/2020. This you can find from the latest QR when they making the comparison with audited report.

As long as their business related to the future need and not some sunset business, it is worth to invest in. ERP and IoT (Internet of things) is something future trend. ERP required to be use in modern business model and IoT is to make anything around us easy to be control and access.
I saw that smart building has been start developing in few area, it will be a big piece of cake in this industry field

Currently market quite good. No point to cut loss/cut profit when the trend is up , money is juz start flowing in again. And yet this is a expanding company.

Around 20millions earning profit, for this market value is too low for it le. Should start have some uptrend movement le. As it already shows good results for the past 3quarters and sure more project will coming in. Before this people do not believe it can continue its high earning for so long. If hold long term, for sure this is a very good counter.

I think those construction company are surely competing for any project tht are available outside and they may willing to lower down the price with low earning profit. Not sure small company can survive or not. But this counter is still good for long term holding.

Nex QR depends on RedBox (Double11/12), holidays, and low oil price. Mostly would be a great QR. Hold for 3more months is not a problem.

When u think TM is a bad company, then u need to think what is the effect when TM gone? Ur house area wifi then would immediately gone as well? The nfrastructure cost is too high not many company can afford it. Their management sure has some problem, but i think if they cooperate well with government sure can solve many of their problems.
