KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 24): Property developer Hua Yang Bhd slipped into the red in its fiscal third quarter ended Dec 31, 2017 (3QFY18), posting a net loss of RM957,000 compared with a net profit of RM10.42 million a year ago.

It recorded a loss per share of 0.27 sen in 3QFY18 compared with earnings per share of 2.96 sen in 3QFY17. Quarterly revenue was down 31.3% to RM50.8 million from RM73.95 million in 3QFY17.

Those patience investor will harvest the fruits, need to wait those weak seller sell their share. be patience... i'm collecting since 1.60, 1.5, 1.48, now paper profit turn green dy...green looks handsome..

If the share price goes up above 0.50, i think those who voted against QA will sell their share in open market (including me, even my average price is more than 0.50) & let the yes investor to vote for QA. I'm felt that i lost my confidence with the management team & this may change my vote from yes to against. Really hope the management team make a good plan to convince all the investor here. A lot of suggestions given in i3 forum. Pls wake up.

To sona management: Pls do not forget what u all did now (update & care about your investor & sharing your news here) after QA. Dont act like OSK old fox, after get what their want, their stock price become lower & lower.... The price dropped mostly not by the small investor like us, but by the management team bcoz they have their own bad motive...

i can understand why some of investor frustrated , bcoz they trapped at high price (like me). i bought at 0.545 on 15.5.14 (with very2 big lot), then enter again on 0.52, 0.50, 0.49, 0.46, 0.45, 0.43. now average price still at level 0.49. Paper profit still in red colour, but i'm long term investor. I lost immediately if i sell at current price ( plus dividend if i put it in FD x nearly 2 years).

i cannot attend the the EGM, but i want to vote yes. Can anyone give suggestion here? bcoz i don't know who is the proxy who can help me to vote yes in the EGM, i read few times already the requirement in the sona's book, but i didnt understand (i'm new but my share is in large amount), thx.
