Does that mean they still cant get 75% thus keep extending the date ?

sorry , newbie here , what does it mean when David Ho hold 67% of the share and become unconditional takeover?
I thought to privatize they need 90% . If they have less than 90% by 12 Jan & I still holding the share , what will happen ? HOVID stay as public listed company and i still can sell it in bursa or i cannot sell ?
