Ock will need 2-3 years to see d margin improving ..once start repaying loan/borrowing,will see improvement in bottom line..this business is capex intensive business which will sacrifice to depreciation/admin expense/loan interest in early stage..but I do see improving cash flow q to q..

Revenue reduced due from lower contribution from TNS..this is contract based and awarded from MNO..ock will get more contract in d following months..recurring income(regional) maintains at 40m..what ock need to do is to improve tenancy ratio, increase margin,reducing debt and interest..you will see bottom line improved in d future

this Q considered so so result..but if you think d prospect of AGIBS is good,it is worth for mid-long term investment..it might be a good opportunity to buy more when d price lower down on tuesday

Overall report is not transparent..other income Include sale of property and other income(roughly?3m)..revenue from local plant reduce by 7m..as far I know revenue from agibs from prima should be included in Q1..is it included in this quarter ?but d only segment here mentioned is manufacture and supply material?anyone can clarify?
