GoodCompanies, thanks for ur info, I am long term holder as well so should be alright. If you can have a look, a company called CGG listed in USA n paris is having quite interesting activities and their business is quite solid.

I still have slight lost in current holding after selling all my HUP Seng shares recently bought them around 2.75. If I go par or even making money in next 1-2 years, i will definitely save all cash for the next possible crisis.

As of AAX i think should do ok. Hopefully after CNY it will rebound

Errr, i don't know if my thinking is right or wrong, just like consumer products, the best selling one will eventually be the best earning for the shareholder right? Need factor in other stuff but at the end the result will be the same right? Those fuel price is like food commodities price, currency loss will be the same for all international operating company. I have to admit the fuel hedging part is not very well done but those thing is little bit quite hard to be foreseen, just like major coco farm might be hit by major natural disaster. Please dun feel offended, just my opinion, and this is the good place for all of us to discuss and contribute opinion and best INFO ;)

Hi all, newbie here. There're sure some interesting debate in this forum. My thinking as a frequent traveler, I will choose the cheapest airline and aax usually is my first choice if they have the route to my destination even if it's long haul unless the price different is so small which usually not the case. I will only try to pump up my air miles with those high end airline like Emirates during my business trip which is paid by the company.
