Their agreement now is very danger.... But I perhaps they can realize their huge project.... Anyway can try to keep their share, if no happen is best.

3.3 Term and termination
3.3.1 The Agreement shall be effective from the date stated on the
Agreement, i.e. 17 July 2020 and shall be in effect for a period of
twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier by notice in writing to the
other Party. The Parties may at any time agree in writing to extend the
term of the Agreement to cover this or future projects on the same
terms and conditions as are contained herein or on such other terms
as may be agreed upon by the Parties.
3.3.2 The Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the happening of
any one (1) of the following events, whichever shall occur first:-
• the insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganisation under the bankruptcy
laws, or assignment for the benefit of creditors of any party; or
• mutual agreement of the parties to terminate the Agreement.
3.3.3 The Parties may terminate the Agreement if any party is in material
breach of any of its obligations under the Agreement and fails to
remedy the breach for a period of thirty (30) days after a written notice
by the other Party, which specifies the material breach.

Believe me sell all your share... don't wait after 90% loss. Just now open 0.17 I already sold all. Me loss 5 digit also. But think positive. Take it as a good lesson. Keep in mind for experience. How much you loss that is buy for your experience. Pls take note dunno borrow Ah long or bank loan for playing share. Always hope will make you deep and more need.

Sell all the share... don't keep it before losing all the money.... 30% loss better than 90% loss, share like a game. Win and loss is common sense. Take a good lesson and keep it in experience next time will not happen again. Remember this world got no free lunch. I m not professional and I m lossing this game also. But open mind and see it in good future. Money loss can earn back. Experience can't buy. Keep going on in good energy in future. Life good and happiness. Today my reminsier called me, if any negative news coming out tomorrow related pdz share... Then horrible things will happen. For me lossing few better loss nearly all... Good luck all.
