Ve Nom Vee To All the Super-Investors of CSL - Beware there are Red Flags Everywhere!!

I have been following the idiotic and irritating chatter on this stock with some concern. Who is right or not, I don't care. Your investment decisions are yours and yours alone!!

However, I am concern about the following issues with are very obvious Red Flags indicating possible imminent dangers ahead. They are as follows :

Red Flag No 1
The changing of Auditors is a sign that the ex-Auditors were not comfortable with the accounts of the Company. (Note: Enron caused the collapse of the Arthur Andersen Accounting Group);

Red Flag No 2
The persistent dumping by CF Chairman of his shareholding from 892mil to 480mil as follows:
Jan 2013 SOLD 100mil @ 90sen
Mar 2013 SOLD 50mil@60sen
May2013 SOLD 60mil@45sen
July2013 SOLD 140mil@30sen
Aug2013 SOLD 160mil@30sen
If the big Boss himself has no confidence in the counter, why should you support it ?
Actually CF was cashing out with S$95mil for an investment of only S$0.892Mil. On top of that,
he still controls the company with 480mil shares.

Red Flag No 3
FY 2013 PAT RM207mil / EPS 16.66 per share
PER : 1.26X
Counter still under heavy selling !! Why ? Who is selling such a "fantastic" bluechip stock.

Red Flag No 4
Company Registered in Bermuda
Par Value of CSL is only S$0.001 cents
This means that CF paid S$892,000 for all his CSL shares and by selling 410mil away
he pocketed Rm237Mil or about S$95mil !!!

The facts speak for themselves. There's no need to argue about who is smarter or not.
The smart one has already cashed out. Probably only "Super" Investors left to carry the baby.

profit profits Be more realistic, CSL brand products not sold in M'sia is true and so what ? Can you find Foxconn/Honghai products in M'sia ? Anyway who make Iphone and most electronics stuff we use everyday ?

The product sold in M'sia or not is not the criteria to decide whether to buy/sell CSL shares.
