There are two type of people you must be careful! First are the holymen, they always tell you they have all the answers in the world yet they are part of the problem! Second are the super righteous investor! They always they you they are always right and you must follow what they say yet they will throw vulgar words if you question them! And there's the third group, who always fall for holymen and super righteous investors!

Haiz! I am not concern with the US tariff! But the never ending chaotic administration is getting out of hand! I don't know if US will survive until his term is up! I mean, the way Donald is running the White House, i would be surprise if we don't suffer global financial crisis soon! No one to blame but Donald himself! He is just like Mahathir, too proud to listen to advisers only to get into almost impossible mess to clear, only to bailout by public money! And judging from Donald recent conduct, the end is near!

Do you know Malaysia has plentiful of sand too! And plenty of stones! But weird enough, construction cost in Malaysia is highest in Asia! There's just too much profiteering!
