Serious Investor may wish to download from bursa the Abridge prospectus dated 16jun pdf of Vsolar. As I understand it, The minimum scenerio for subscription of number of RI is 273mil RI, max scenerio is 1.32b. Yesterday, 260mil RI changed hand, today 40mil, so total 300mil RI, and the minimum scenerio of Vsolar's goal is achieved, assuming people who bought these RI will subscribe.

If so, by subscribing to the right, then can potentially earn 2sen. In other words, it's earning 1sen without incurring further capital versus earning 2sen but inccuring 3sen capital.
