Me a new myeg share holder! I'm impressed by the expansion of the company into RELATED areas, not just random expansion. Such expansion should bring about synergy and multiplying effects in business. A company must prepare for if one day loses government contract, it must not just survive but grow!

It seems the company has achieved the main targets, such as the new terminal Kampar Putra, and get the tenants. The effects of CMO and covid on its business are not its faults. So is it fair to blame the company for its stock performance? I think to be fair, we should compare the company with other companies in the same business. Sifu here know which other company to compare with?

For now, I will use mostly daily life terms as am more comfortable with them, but follow your scenerio. was sloppy in calling the 3k/month from grab driving profit, but guess income/revenue is more proper. Now car rental and living is 36k/year, as you said. If my friend pinjam me 24k, and I take a loan of 12k whose annual interest is 5% (so interest= rm 600). In this case, at the end of 1 year, I am in debt of just 600. So, don't get how "your loan=24000". Can you clarify from my perspective? (Your analysis is monthly, which should give same result, but a bit hard for me to follow at the moment.)

Let's say my good friend pinjam me 24k, interest free, and I use 12k for renting and maintaining a car for a year to work as grab driver. And remaining 12k for living for a year. Let's say I make 3k profit for 1st month, and I pay back 2k to my friend. To show gratitude, I belanja my friend, and use 0.95k to buy Ptrans share. I work hard and every month I maintain the same pattern, so at end of year debt cleared, friend happy, and I have more than 10k share. Belanja makan is like giving dividend while in debt. Sensible?

Choivo sifu, the 2016 PFF stated in IPO prospectus is 2.4 mil, not 13.9mil....haven't checked later year data. (2014:3.8mil, 2015: 9.7mil)

Choivo sifu, further info: just did a search of the IPO prospectus, found 28 entries for "project facilitation". It is emphasized in the prospectus that "lost of facilitation fee will materially affect group's financial". It's how important it is. I haven't found your claim of "in their prospectus, it is stated that these are generally one off items, that should not constitute a major part of their income". I found the opposite.

Choivo sifu, from online materials, we know PTrans has a series of projects lining up: after Kampar Putra, shall be bidor, tronoh, amanjaya phase 2. As reported in 2017, also bought land at kinta, exploring opportunities in Pahang and Trengganu. Apparently, PTrans is expert in integrated bus terminal business and others even from other states are consulting the company. I suppose PTrans has been reaching out and tried to make money from this, as stated on p70-71 of their IPO prospectus, project facilitations is one of their principal activities! Please correct me if I'm wrong.

TopEarn1, betul juga. To me, the facilitation fee of 8 mil last quarter looks reasonable as it corresponds to projects of few hundred million in value. One integrated bus terminal already about 200 mil....

If dividend keep at 1 Sen, even at 195, still getting annual rate of 5.1%, much better than FD, haha.
