I tell my friend dun buy house invest , u shouid buy one big bangolow 20m to stay but dun buy 20 double story to invest , u will make the society unbalance.

Roy , i just want all the malaysian especialy the low income people wont be suffer life. I know for u even the gst raise to 20% wont effect you becos u r rich but think for others please.

Than only all the malaysian wont feel suffer , the society will more balance.

We need to increase our spendimg power from increase the income and reduce the unfair housing and car price .

The goverment should do the another 2 inportant things is to control n reduce the house and car price becos people 50-60% income to pay these two whole life cause people no money to spend.
