Further to the Company’s announcement made on 25 March 2016, the Board of Directors of Mexter (“Board”) wishes to update that the Registrar of the Federal Court (“the Registrar”) was of the view that sanction must be obtained before the Hearing date is fixed. In this regard, the Registrar has fixed this matter for a final case management on 16 August 2016 to fix the Hearing date.
