Insas RPS will be listed and it's tradeable. However, the price will plunge once it's listed. It will only trade near to its RM1 price close to the expiry (e.g. upon 5 yrs).

Petaling Tin, Kbunai.
Is FACB next to be privatised by Chen?
If yes, how much do you think he would offer?

Cheap! Used to trade as high as RM3 just a few years ago. I managed to get some at RM0.68 a few months back which is way below the cash hoarding.
Hope the company does well and we all do well here!

Focus lumber has RM92m cash and financial assets with zero debts, works out to be RM0.90 per share.
Net current assets is RM1.36. NTA is RM1.61.
At RM0.96, the business is valued near the cash holdings. No wonder the company keeps buying back shares!

Watch the above link for why there's huge shortage of physical Gold. And when everyone tries to get a piece of their physical Gold, the price will soar.

BDI has increased many folds, but Maybulk price has plunged.
Has BDI increase benefited Maybulk?
BDI has increased, so has the operating cost (e.g. fuel). So how can Maybulk benefit? Even excluding POSH's poor performance, Maybulk is still loss making.
After the share price plunged, it is still selling above its NTA. Which means it is still not cheap. In addition, this company carries huge debts. On a backdrop of a rising rate environment, this is additional headwind.
Hope to hear more about the good reasons why one should invest in this company.

I sold all my 'free shares' immediately after they announced RI!
I couldn't understand the logic behind the RI when the company has turned around and been profitable for the past couple of years and paid no dividend. They had accumulated RM200m of equity over the past 2 years and now they want to raise another RM400m!?
The NTA is about RM5, ROE only ~7% last year. Now by raising cash, the ROE will reduce further.
Disappointing!

Net net stock! :)
In my opinion, the management thinks that better time is ahead, otherwise why give generous dividends? Dividends of 5 sen yields 5.7%.
But this stock is very difficult to accumulate...

Incredible run up. Caely was a net net stock, I bought at 0.47 and averaged down to 0.40.
But, I have sold out all after it reached its NCAV. Unfortunately, sold too soon... haha...
Congrats to all still holding! Have a blessed Chirstmas! :)

Judging from the most recent quarterly results by White Horse and Yilai, the tiles industry outlook does not seem so encouraging.
I think the industry will recover when property sector recovers...
The managing director Chua Seng Huat was found guilty of insider trading in 2001. Another point to take note on the risks of investing in this company.

Tek Seng is not a net cash company. Take note it has contingent liability of close to RM100M which is not reflected in the balance sheet. Minus that off, the Net Assets is only RM0.39 per share.

While bad results are not unexpected under the severe operating conditions, they took on significantly more debts which is quite worrying.
