American Century Investment Management, Inc., Mackenzie Financial Corp., AQR Capital Management LLC, & Norges Bank Investment Management, appears as BJC Institutional shareholders. (From Dec2019 till current. B.Rock, Parametric, & Pheim Asset no more in sight)
American Century Investment Management, Inc. also seems like holding some BJL.
Anyway, not many shares are these fund holding on BJC or BJL. Few hundreds 'K till 'M only.

If Institutional shareholders still holding the 3.50% - 3.74% adding with VT's (Direct + Indirect), will be around 90.0% - 90.5% already. Hmm... will they join force to privatize the BJLand.
And also maybe can let the Wisma Cosway, Kota Raya and few more to consolidate together with BTS (Times Square) to form sort of REITs (possibility is there).
REITs, Properties, Hotel and Resorts, etc... if this scenario happen, all can focus on their own area of business. Maybe nicer? But again, if this will happen then what benefit the shareholders will get from here? hmm...

My guess is Either could be (i) the seller would like to have the deal done fast (need the money??) OR (ii) VT would like to have the investment deal (cost) reflect in Q3 Qtr Report (Mid May), so that Q4 Qtr Report might able to capture more positive stuff.
Btw, also seeing VT buying BJAsset shares (inclusive but not only through BJLand). He is holding around 63% (Direct + Indirect). Wondering whether this has anything to do with BJLand?

SEM previously majority shares hold by VT (himself), VIP from Johor and Mr. Tsai (from Taiwan).
Maybe VT is considering Injecting SEM (with Caring Pharmacy inside as well) into BJCorp (Directly OR through BJLand).
BJLand most probably (like mostly people think) can go privatization. BHR (Hotel and Resort) may perhaps split out from BJLand, and BJLand will become Berjaya Properties (If going to IPO listing again, the Land-bank it has may go through re-evaluation which the true value of the asset can reflect).
Based on last record that I can find, BJCorp holding around 77% of BJLand (Direct + Indirect).
Not sure will this be the same approach like 2006 (Injection of valuable asset into BJCorp, NTA improve significantly; attracting Fund Managers to buy more; then Dividend might come along the way). Of course, before that BJLand might have a mini-bull before BJCorp?

The recent incremental shareholding by TSVT and SBB by BJLand could be coming from the offload from Dimensional Fund Advisors LP (at the beginning of April, DFA still holding around 21M shares). Interesting that some Fund Managers start buying BJCorp, e.g. SSgA Funds Management, Inc.,Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, etc. at the beginning of April. Perhaps there are something brewing which we are not aware of.

If BJL really resurrecting from current situation, BJC which is holding about 77.72% (Direct + Indirect) should be able to follow also. The son will bring the mother share up I believed. And I believed alot of BJL investors are also invested in BJC, and some in BJMedia and Redtone.

Talking about BJMedia, yesterday was 7th Nov and today is 8th Nov. What is the final conclusion? Delist? OR appeal being approved by Bursa regarding the Singer as the white knight?

ELIMINATING THE MINORITY AFTER A TAKEOVER
Sections 222 and 224 of the CMSA set out the situations where a bidder may
compulsorily acquire the shares of the remaining shareholders who had not accepted the
takeover offer.
A bidder may compulsorily acquire the shares if the bidder has received 90%
acceptances (excluding the shares already held by the bidder or persons acting in
concert) within four months after the making of the takeover offer. The right is exercisable
by the bidder giving, within two months after the takeover offer has been so accepted,
notice in the prescribed form to the shareholders.
If the bidder does not receive 90% acceptances, the bidder may apply to the court under
Section 224(5) of the CMSA for authority to compulsory acquire the shares of the
remaining shareholders. The court may only grant an order upon it being satisfied that:
 the failure of the bidder to obtain such acceptances was due to the inability of the
bidder to trace one or more of the persons holding shares after having made
reasonable enquiries;
 the shares acquired under the bid and shares held by the untraceable persons
meet the 90% threshold; and
 the offer price is fair and reasonable.
The order will not be made unless the Court considers that it is just and equitable to do so
having regard, in particular, to the number of shareholders who have been traced but who
have not accepted the takeover offer.

If Penta Investment really accumulate and hold up to 4.999% BJL already and plan anytime soon to dispose their shares to BJC or TSVT to make up of above 90% shareholding, then would there be a possibility that BJC-LD / LE will surface up as a way to pay the minority shareholders for the approximate 489Mil remaining shares? Both LD & LE conversion is 1 ICULS to 1 Ordinary shares..... :(

Something worth to look back... (approximate timeline for key projects)
BJLand (1) went into Vietnam property development market in 2005/2006; (2) went into Jeju Airest City Development, South Korea in 2008; (3) Berjaya Great Mall Project, Hebei China in 2010/2011;
While BJCorp (1) launch U-Television in 2005; (2) Ascot Sports in 2010...
Personally, I think too many "expensive and high value" projects goes parallel (overlap) at the same time where the focus is drifted.

2 possibilities for BJMedia which I can think of...
(1) Finding white knight to assist for PN17 escape plan just similar to Lioncorp back then in 2016, but not successful and delisted on 12 Oct 2016.
(2) Injection of Singer as the white knight solution approve and allow the extension date to December 2019 and complete the rescue plan by next year March. Follow by further restructuring exercise to strengthen its listing status.
Hope the number (2) is the case.

Waiting further development of BJMedia (Singer injection as the White Knight to be accepted as the solution for Listing continuation) - where BJMedia could further develop into eCommerce platform for online business to purchase products ranging from home appliance to home furniture
Waiting IPO timeline for U-Mobile
Waiting Berjaya Properties listing (after BJLand take private, if happen)
Waiting Ansa Broadcast maybe through Redtone to start business to provide an alternative besides Astro (of course currently there are more choice like Sirius TV, enjoytv, etc)
Waiting further news related to Airport expansion in Pulau Tioman and Redang to support future growth of Local Tourism.
Maybe the biggest piece should be contributed from eSports. U Mobile partner with Razer to conduct eSports and GSC Cinema to provide the venue to host the eSports.
Above are just my opinion, not sure will happen? Just hope so.

TSVT - holding at 85.213% (as declared on 25th Oct Bursa Announcement); Suppose - Penta Invest (166Mil shares balance as of 05th March which is about 3.3%) increased its shareholding up to 4.99% (which I think do not need to declared anything below 5%) which make up of 90.113% shareholding if exchange with BJCorp shares done between TSVT and Penta Invest with ratio of (Sce1) 1 : 1 (BJLand ~ 20cents : BJCorp ~ 235cents); (Sce2) 2 : 1 (BJland ~ 19cents (if price drop further) : BJCorp ~ 38cents (if stock price increase before 12/12); then will trigger for the take over with the price offer in their control. There might be possibility the BJLand stock price will goes up (maybe 40cents??) for the minority shareholders to withdraw from the counter (i.e selling off) OR maybe there will be a attractive share-swap offer for the minority shareholders to take. (just my personal opinion).
Associate to the atmosphere/environment might be : BJMedia extension for PN17 escape plan and exercise; U-Mobile (maybe about the same -- March 2020) IPO; Surprise of Caring acquisition and combine with Berjaya Pharmacy; Berjaya Properties (mainly on Hotel and Resorts' assets) go listing after Berjaya Land Privatize. Berjaya Land - land-bank revaluation and reflected in BJCorp asset book (a little bit like IOI Properties (previously known as Lam Soon Huat) back then in 2008/2009 privatized and combined into IOI Corp (Of coz later relisting again in 2014)). IOI Corp was shoot up from about RM2.50 to a higher price back then (good old days). As for the STC, maybe will combine project with CHHB to develop a Medical / Healthcare / Wellness and a smartcity?? (just another of my opinion)
