Does covid 19 pandemic affect Serbadk alot?
• O&G, power, water & utilities are essential industries, so our operations are going on at certain capacity to continue supporting our customers

• In terms of manpower, the movement control might raise some issues for manpower allocation. As part of our mitigation plans, we have looked into our existing human resource pool earlier and optimising the arrangement for skilled personnel available

• In terms of inventory – In 4Q19, we have stock-up the tools and equipment as well as parts and components needed for works in hand. This is part of our inventory management strategy of buying in bulk for better pricing

• Current balance sheet position is sufficient to sustain the business for next 6-9 months of operation and most of our funding in place is more for longer term



Does recent Low Oil price issue have cause Serbadk loss contract or receive negotiate from current customers?
• We still receive call-out jobs as normal and no negotiation talks so far

• The lower the oil price is, the higher the production ramping up by oil companies. In turn, this causes more wear and tears on their assets. Hence, more maintenance jobs required in the market and more opportunities for us

• Our customers are established names, national oil companies and major players in the industry

this coming quarter report revenue should be historic high and profit over 100m base on previous quarter prediction! RM 7.2 should be fair value
