Whattt? No valuation? :( How about reverse valuation?
Net cash 71mil, 1.5bil warrant C outstanding with strike price RM 0.11. 1.5bil×0.11=RM 165 million. Add them up, net cash is RM236 mil.
Diluted share outstanding, 3 billion pieces. Market cap at RM 0.16 is 3bil×0.16=RM480 mil.
Market cap-net cash=480-236=RM 244 million. This is our sum of all future earnings. We can add in time value of money using PE ratio.
So...the main question, what PE to use? If PE 12, then RM244mil/12= RM20.33mil. Thats the earnings target for the coming year. Achievable? :D

Well said kchim26. Most importantly, I believe the pros outweigh the cons in the dependency on AirAsia. Revenues have much room to grow, and not affected by crude oil fluctuations.. :D

Twin deficit..gg MYR! Would it really happen? As RM gets weaker and weaker, imports will fall accordingly and trade balance remains intact.

I find it hard to accept the fact loh..future projects depend on political connections. What if they don't get anymore contracts?
This I don't like about contract based business...

Hello junichiro! Ouch..but on the bright side you still managed to make a profit. :D
Back then, I agree..Tune is highly dependent on AA for business and growth. But now, Tune has establish much more partnerships such as Air Arabia, Cebu Air etc. When did you buy Tune?

AA is a good stock, but what's better? :D Tune Protect! Financially safer than AirAsia, but operates in partnership with them. I think Tune Protect is a better buy. Just my 2 cents.. :D

In fact, you can also see it this way. At PE 12, any earnings excess of RM 20.33 million is the upside of stock. How wonderful if we can just annualise the recent QR to get RM 40 mil profit.. :)
