No choice, Dsonic is still the strongest contender for IIS project due to its expertise, experience and immigration database.

Look like PH government want to award the IIS contract to Dsonic, but to avoid suspicion of nepotism, Abu Hanifah have to be removed from the board.

Another hint is why Abu Hanifah sold his shares @0.65 per piece when he can slowly sell in the open market for higher prices, there must be some exchange of interest going on.

Recently Chew Beng Beng also transferred lot of shares to his wife, these directors won't do this transfer share thing for fun, something is brewing. May be IIS contracts don't allow single individual to own too much share holding, in order to fulfil the requirements, Dsonic directors have to trasfer or sell some of their shares.

That's why don't judge some news from the cover, it may be a blessing in disguise. Some directors continue to buy from the open market @market price is a obvious hint that Dsonic is getting the IIS contracts.

If the new shareholder is Lembaga Tabung Haji, then we can almost confirm that Dsonic already won the IIS contracts.

Dsonic need to steer clear of suspicion as Abu Hanifah is the largest single share holder and he is Mahathir 's relative, it could be one of the conditions to get IIS contracts.
