1) rm 18 million / store for rented space with goods inside ?
2) nowadays direct factory sale profit margin also about 3%~10% , middle man can get 40% margin ?
3) there are many type of IPO , some might entered agreement with private fund / IB not to dump the share for certain periods of time , so u are still seeing the price 'holding'
4) will this business model sustain in coming time (online shopping)
