Plastic biz is a sunset biz, mainly due to high labor cost in Malaysia. To say the oil price drop, so do the raw material price for plastic industry, thus the plastic manufacturers can have a better earnings is a nonsense. The raw material for the plastic do drop, but all plastic manufacturers in the world stand on a level platform. Malaysian manufacturers who are facing a much higher labor cost compare with those in the less developed countries, are losing out to those manufacturers.

Please note the company still has RM29m cash in the bank. Not a big amount, but not small either. If the new shareholder is able to make good use of it. This company has a good chance to bring good returns to the shareholders.

Please remember that the paid up capital of Luster is RM157,432,000, the number of shares are 1,574,320,000 of 10 sen each! With major shareholders in total only owned about 25% of the company's shares. The free float shares are huge.
The total number of shares traded for the last few days are too little to to build up the momentum.
For Luster shares to go up 1 sen is not difficult, but many shareholders will throw if the share prices goes up 1 sen, i sen up from 8.5 is 11.76%. A good margin for investor to cash out.
