You know LFM very well. He is good in making money from the shareholders and not the business.

But on the other hand, fish business is a liability and not an asset to Bahvest. Investors are more interested in pure gold mining counter. Without the fish business, Bahvest might perform better than Poh Kong and Tomei.

I attended last year AGM. Very few people attended. After the AGM, about 3 or 4 people surrounded CEO Dr Abu Hassan asking questions. He was confidently said " we sure will win the court case but I can't elaborate here". I think the GOM is also aware they are at the losing end as far as court case is concerned. They can't play hard ball.
