券商看好GADANG盈利 目标价调高至RM1.48

丹斯里郭安是大马企业界老兵，他在建筑业名声很响，他发迹於九十年代，他曾到中国发展，後来回国再战江湖，并掌控嘉登控股（GADANG 9261），近年郭安的女儿已接棒，管理嘉登。

过去一年来嘉登股价表现平平，踏入二零一八年，嘉登再受注目，RHB证券研究今早发布的报告，跟进嘉登，建议买进，给於目标价RM1.48。

报告发出给RHB证券顾客後，嘉登的股价微涨3仙至RM1.17，截至十二时卅分共有198万股易手。

RHB证券为何看好嘉登控股呢？主要还预测嘉登盈利将改善，因此调高其目标价格。

该券商指出，嘉登目标价格将反映二零一八年预测盈利九倍本益比，相比小资本建筑领域平均十至十二倍本益比，嘉登存在上涨空间。

「我们看好嘉登盈利，主要是手上合约价值合理，它过去的记录反映其执行很强，当然，它的风险就是工程合约赚幅较低。」

RHB证券表示，嘉登目前股价反映七倍本益比，并没有反映其价值
