Contract announcement dated 02 Oct 2017.
1) The contract duration will be for a primary period of five (5) years with one (1) year extension option effective from 20 September 2017 and will expires on 19 September 2022.
2)FINANCIAL EFFECTS
- The Contract will not have any material effect on the net assets and gearing of Carimin Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2018. However, the Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Carimin Group over the durations of the Contract.

That means high chance until 2022 Carimin will record profit after profit every quarter although profit amount will be high low. As compared to previous quarter all losses. Maybe they will declare bumper dividend also.

Share price dropping without publicly available reason is hard to justify. It could be idiot selling or smartass buying or vice-versa.

I forgot i read from where la. They say a company's share price cannot remain undervalued for long because it will be susceptible to hostile takeover. That's why the business owner will make sure the share price is at fair value. That is why share buyback comes to play. Let's say Nestle is trading at RM10 with the same amount of earnings made and the same scale of operation, it would've been taken over by someone else already.
So if someone launch a takeover for Carimin at 80 cents, RM1 or RM1.50, will you accept it?

Wow Pmetal @ 0.70! Currently I'm also searching for top end growth stocks like Pmetal, Topglov or Annjoo from inception stage. But I look here look there, every industry has just passed its peak eg wood, steel, alum, rubber, tech etc.. Now really left no industry which hasn't rally. Are there moneykj sifu? I think the best bet is for oil rebound rally this year. :)
