I am flattered you would mention shark. How i wish that were so.

My observations are due to what I see in this forum and generally that there's a lot of noise but little substance. I follow this forum hoping for more constructive/informative comments relating to the stock but recently, I see more irrelevant comments which have got nothing or little to do with the stock. That's the trouble I am talking about.

I guess with more shares issued, the more accessible this stock is and hence, more comments from different kinds of stakeholders.

U know that the stock is in trouble when people are talking about everything else but the stock!

It's true that anything above 30sens therabouts is expensive if the RI is approved. Does anyone genuinely think that the RI will not proceed? I personally think it is unlikely and in theory, it will help the company get over this hurdle.

Can someone with a finance background explain why they proposed 13 bn new shares at around RM0.30 to raise funds when the price traded at time of announcement was RM0.59? That is,half the price of the market price of the share. Haven't they devalued the shares' worth in the market and thereby, sent the signal to the market?

Couldn't they have proposed the new shares at RM0.59 but half the amount of new shares, i.e. say 6.5 bn new shares instead of 13 bn. shares and still get the same amount of funds?

Need help understanding this please. Anyone?

lol what we think does not matter. Reality matters most!!

Everyone here has a stake, presumably. Who would spend so much time here unless there's something that they want out of it? Many talk it down, probably to drive down the price, but yet, RM0.40 was a distant memory and it just won't go down below RM0.58 would it!

So if you're generous, what are your strategies/plans with this stock. Keep talking it down to try to buy at RM0.40? Or just keep until something happens?
