Pursuant thereto, IRIS' shareholdings in VCB (held via IHSB) is reduced from 71,470,815 VCB Shares (64.6%) to 43,810,045 VCB Shares (39.6%). Accordingly, VCB ceases to be a subsidiary of IHSB.
