ROYCE PHARMA是於2004年成立的公司，在森美兰州汝来有间制药工厂。
消息指出，除了第一阶段的30%股权，大稳也准备在下一个阶段买进更多股权，这要看ROYCE PHARMA原有股东是否愿意释出更多股权。
ROYCE PHARMA目前生产及销售超过100种药物，全年产能可生产22亿粒药片、1680亿粒药囊、4亿2000万瓶液状药，以及12万5000公斤药膏。
