but they may just wan to collect son at much lower price, then they push up mother. Imagine if mother become 2.21, n their collected son is 0.01. then their cost is just 0.01 + 2.18(converted price) = 2.19

my opinion is tat when they push down mother, then son will be valueless. we know tat the exercise price is 2.18. As for now, mother is 2.14. so the ppl will not convert son to mother. Tis can prevent them from diluting the earning per shares.
