It is entirely your prerogative to agree or disagree with my statement that up-to-date information is vital to decision making in selection of shares, as historical financial data are all factored in the share price.
Prediction of the future and success in investing are two entirely different matters.
You don't need a snake-oil salesman to give prediction of the future. You would be better off to consult a clairvoyant, so long you are happy and believe in it.
Even if you correctly predicted the future that doesn't mean you are a successful investor.
We are well aware that even the most successful investors in the world will time and again get it wrong. However, that doesn't mean that he/she is not a successful investor.
So, why would I expect you to become a snake-oil salesman to give me prediction of the future?

Fact finding exercise before investing is so important. For some investors it is a bit too late now but nevertheless it is helpful to know.

Excellent article.
The share price was hiked up by more than double in just a matter of 12 months.
With the high share price, this comes with high expectations.
There is no margin of safety. One single bad news may cause the share price to collapse.
The question now is about FEAR.
When things go wrong, they will go badly wrong, much worse than you expect.

We have to understand that this is only an advertising article. So, it has to repeat again and again the same old story!
By the way, we all know that up-to-date company information is vital in a decision as to whether to buy or sell a share. Share price reacts to constant changes to this information and not some historical financial data.

Bonus, share split and free warrant are all 'gimmicky' exercises carried out by companies, typically in Malaysian stock markets. Technically it does not create any extra value to the share price. However, like what most commentators says, psychologically, investors 'think' that they have 'gained' extra shares.
In the longer term, any short term movement after the bonus, split or free warrant will return to its original equivalent price if there is no additional positive/negative factors occurring to affect the movement in the price.
Directors should concentrate on running the business instead of carrying out all these unnecessary, useless and costly corporate exercises to artificially inflate the company's share price.
If the fundamentals of the company are so good then they should increase or declare special dividend payout to all shareholders.

Over blown publicity of his philanthropy work has now backfired.
His image as a do-gooder is completely tarnished now.

Very unedifying for a philanthropist to promote how much he contribute to his own charity work in a forum; laughing at his applicants' English level;
revealing his contempt for poor people.
Why does a substantial shareholder of a company come to a forum to promote the share.
Only he himself knows the motives.

Yes, it is best to shut shop now. More and more loopholes are appearing. Fewer and fewer people are believing your tales. This is reflected in the trading volume today. Save you repeating " I am in booming Iskandar now. Will reply later."

It is very obvious now that this is "salesman patter" attempting to promote a share!

You don't have the courage to defend your arguments right at the beginning when facts were presented - 'Bursa Stock Talk' 'Is Bina Puri cheap'. Remarks like" Eagle see from high" and "made 6 figures sum from PM Corp" won't help your arguments. On the other hand, comments from fellow investors in I3 are sharp and relevant. You have certainly lost your case. as this is now reflected in the share price and trading volume today.

Recycle, copy and paste old stories, glorifying your past performance to promote a share is baseless. What is the point of listing the company's directors long CV and telling us that one of them is also a Chartered Accountant. All this information is irrelevant. Be brave, take this golden opportunity to counter the argument with 'Bursa Stock Talk' - ' Is Bina Puri cheap'.

If the oil price rebounds, I will buy oil stocks first before construction stocks.

A long and windy article which can be summarised in one line - "Directors buy, so I recommend you to follow."

It is rather disappointing to see that you are unable to counter the blog article by Bursa Stock Talk on "Is Bina Puri cheap". Instead you brought up many of your historical stories which has nothing to do with this share at all.

Timing the market is not always the best strategy in investment. For TTB, I think the criticism is based more on the fees he charged the fund ( especially when the fund held so much cash). If the fees charged had been based on annual fund performance than probably it would not have attracted so much criticism.

Good indepth comparison to reveal reasons for depressed share price. Much better than FA and TA.

This is a "hit and run" strategy. Good but risky. Best to avoid all speculators counters.

This article is excellent. It just shows that in many cases TA and FA are irrelevant in the buying and selling of shares. The share market is more dangerous than casinos if one is not careful.

Thank you for your statements.
That was a really good and rewarding discussion with you KC. May I add that you are without doubt a very knowledgeable and experienced person.
I can see that people who follow your course will open their eyes to see a whole new dimension of investing and benefit from it.
I also understand now why you need to keep asking people to read and read again what you write.
