Okey they do have a good land bank and they are bleeding as well. I have check Sg.Buloh and Pulau Indah two years ago when they propose a mega project...what is happening to that project now ??
KHSB also have something happening in Cyber Jaya and Putrajaya but are they a hot cake like Mah Sing, YTL or even SP Setia ???

Guys, Garuda need cash flow. Remember Perisai had given millions of shares to Nagindran at $0.60.
What will happen if this guys would want keep Garuda afloat because running MOPU is not like running a vessel. Yes you can counter me that Petronas had chartered Garuda's MOPU.Petronas do not pay the day you finish you work because the Big Boys like Petronas always demand for a favourable arrears.
You need to have a big and deep pocket to be Petronas main contractor if not you need to have collateral like having shares which you can dispose.

I could not agree more on what you had said. You had got your facts correct. Ezra, Perisai, Garuda & Hisbiscus are the feathers from the same bird. Perisai's share rose when Garuda place their MOPU for marginal oil field before that Perisai was bleeding with their old offshore ships. Nagindran was MD then but left and founded Garuda..anyone knows why he left Perisai ??? Anyone knows how a Garuda which is relatively new in the game managed to own a MOPU ???

Facts, facts.....Perdana having AHT not DPDSV...the daily charter rate for AHT is USD 5k/mnth and the overhead is approx USD 2k/mnth ( crew salary )....in order for Perdana to appreciate in terms of EPS it would take at least a year....all the price movement now is just because Petronas had given them LOI ( Letter Of Intent ).....Now let some champion tell us at what price to buy and sell so we all can Makan Besar ......is there any champion here.......I am not a champion.

I have been watching this counter since it got listed...it was indeed hot three month after listing with target price as high as RM9.00 but it rise to RM7.30 and after that dropped to RM5.75
I would not be suprise if it the price drop to as low as RM5.25 by mid year 2013.
