On 23 February 2021, the Group, has via TUSB entered into a Collaboration Agreement with NSS IT Solution to
collaborate and cooperate in the concession granted by Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar to NSS IT Solution for managing
a bus terminal known as Terminal Bas Shahab Perdana (“TBSP”) located in Alor Setar, Kedah Darul Aman. The
Collaboration Agreement shall be effective for a total period of 15 years, commencing from 1 April 2022 or upon
the completion of the renovation works in TBSP, whichever is earlier, with the initial collaboration period of 3 years,
renewable at each of the consecutive 3 years (“Term”) for a total 5 Terms, subject to the mutual agreement by both
parties.
The total investment cost for the concession amounted to RM9,000,000 of which the Group and NSS IT Solution
shall each bear RM6,500,000 and RM2,500,000 respectively. Pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement, the Group is
required to construct and complete the renovation work of the commercial area in TBSP and responsible to maintain
and manage the commercial area. In return, TUSB is entitled to all the income generated from the commercial area.
In contrast, NSS IT Solution is required to renovate, maintain and manage the terminal area of TBSP and is entitled
to receive all income generated from operating the terminal area.

Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar mempelawa Syarikat yang berminat untuk Mengurus dan Menaiktaraf Terminal Bas Shahab Perdana, Alor Setar, Kedah. Rujuk Lampiran (A) IKLAN TAWARAN untuk maklumat lanjut.

Pemohon yang berminat hendaklah mengemukakan kertas cadangan yang mempunyai maklumat lengkap dan wajib mengikut garis panduan penyediaan kertas cadangan seperti di borang ‘A’ dan boleh didapati di Bahagian Bekalan Dan Kontrak, Tingkat 8, Menara MBAS.

Syarikat perlu mengambil borang tersebut sebagai panduan utama bagi cadangan syarikat. Hal ini akan dinilai oleh MBAS bagi setiap cadangan yang dikemukakan.

Some statement also doubt. Previously said they are third party management for terminal alor setar. After local council release open tender early this year, terminal alor setar disappear from their report. This counter need to rethink many times before hold longer

Probably they used personal company to rent. On paper legit rent income. If they didn't collaborate with train in near time, it will be loss for them. High speed train will be around country.

Honestly, their terminal is empty. Especially kampar. Many empty lots. Contradict to their report which show huge amount of rental. Probably rent to third party or director private company. Now many TOD development. All bus terminal built near lrt or train. Ipoh will be develop by mb inc and ktm. Their stand alone bus terminal in future no hope

Ong began to increase his stake in Opcom on Sept 29, after the company announced that it was diversifying into the telecommunication network infrastructure solutions business via the acquistion of T&J Engineering Sdn Bhd for RM90 million. Perak Transit announced that the company entered into a strategic alliance agreement with edotco Malaysia to appoint the latter to provide the services to build, erect, install, construct, maintain and operate the relevant in-building solutions.

UPON completion of Phase 1 of the Jalinan Digital Negara (Jendela) project, edotco Group Sdn Bhd has been awarded 233 tower sites for Phase 2.

The caretaker Menteri Besar of Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad has announced that the state is expected to reach 80 per cent 5G network coverage by the year 2024.
