When people promote, he agree. But he cannot accept people demote a counter after promoted previously. Meaning his strategy is can promote, cannot demote. Once promote, cannot change direction. Must be loyalty forever. If you sell or demote a counter, he will fire on you.
With that, I think he is a very loyal and long term investor. He must have a lot of stocks on hand because once bought never sell.

@taco89, you are absolutely right. If I'm CEO and so confident with my companies, I will not sell warrant in so huge number. Since it's free, zero cost, why not hold until it keep growing together with mother.
From this sign, actually we can see something is not right. But some people will find some reasons to support CEO actions. From he keep selling kpower warrant and scib warrant in huge and continuously, I have also sold off all. And I told myself something was not right and I will never go back. Even if they can go up 3x or 10x, none of my business but I really doubt that will happen.
Again, his style with keep PP worries me. Receivable keep increasing and need PP to get fund for operation. I keep emphasize these few points because they are just unexplainable if the companies really have bright future.

delist is expected if incident is real but how about those people behind the scene? they manipulate and causing retailers losing money, just end like that?

obviously like kpower and scib, someone knows the mother share will not up, therefore selling warrants like nobody else.
if confident, who will sell? only retailer keep buying with confident. i made the same mistake too. but luckily sold with profit in overall, losing back a lot in warrants due to top up. Else i would have made a lot, become 50% only. pissed off and sold off after seeing karim keep selling.

if fraud and insider trading is real like you say, what will happen?

Limit down means remain 0.05? So fast? Sounds limit not possible but only market knows.
I just worry no more open and then turn to delisting

If serbadk got serious impact, scib 0.15 will be superb expensive. I will only consider to buy at 0.005. At least worth to fight. Just hope no consolidation of 100:1 afterwards.

@Vmvmvm, let me share my thoughts. I haven't buy in this stock after missed out during IPO where I was queuing at 1.40. Not manage to buy at 1.50 or 1.60 because of busy during that period. Missed the last trip on 20th Aug.

Strength:
- Good relationship with external source of information.
- Good relationship with clients due to good reputation with major institutions.
- Brahmal effect.
- The only listing company in Malaysia on credit provider.
- Majority of shares are on big institution and low float shares outside. 货源归边
- Value added in credit reporting compare to peers.
- Higher Security compare to SDN BHD crediting companies.
- Expanding Thailand business and potential other ASEAN countries.

Threat:
- Didn't disclose the external source in detail, unable to measure the continuity of information supply.
- Do not know when will Brahmal will be selling off his shares life IFCA in the past.
- BNM stop selling CCRIS info to all crediting provider companies PERMANENTLY, including CTOS. Individual can retrieve personal CCRIS from BNM. (this is the highest threat)
- Too dependency on external source of information before value added to customers.

All above is what I can think of, but you decide whether likely or unlikely.
This is the method I used to measure whether worth for me to invest or not. Hope this helps.
