It reported a profit after tax of 23 million for six months ended 31 May 2015. Down 7 % compared to last year. Its sales on the local front is expected to drop further in the next quarter. If the oversea sales is maintained only, profit for the next quarter will drop further.

The Company just announced the last quarter result. A very impressive result with earning per share of 5.79 sen per nominal 10 sen per share. I think it is difficult to find an ace market listed Company with this kind of result. Price for tomorrow should bullish.

I thought Sumatec is going to make a loss in this quarter considering the sharp drop in oil price in this quarter. Logically, the cost of extraction of oil is lower than the selling price which mean the project is still viable. I agree with Micky92, commendable performance.

You said in August, 2014 that the threshold restriction for Singaporean & other foreigner is only RM500,000 not 1 million for G Residence. Is this True? If it is True, G Residence will Sell like hot cakes.

I think kk3 has no knowledge of investment theory & never do any homework on this Company. When we invest, we are talking about the future potential & revenue of the Company & also the management team & Its experience in property development. With so many projects coming, I am confident this Company will become a Company with good profit record in the near future. So please do your homework before You comment.

I notice that there is a revaluation of Property which was announced recently. I do not know the Result for the year ended 31.03.2014 included such revaluation surplus. The result for the 1st quarter which is due for announcement at the end of this month will include this revaluation surplus, if not included the result for the year ended 31.03.2014. With this surplus, the result will be a positive one & an increase in NTA.

I think if u buy GSB, it is the housing development projects undertaken by the present management not the old CD business & bec of that the 1st quarter result which going to be announced won't be good.
