2) Why should I attack mr Koon? As he has already stopped posting for quite some time until sifu remiser ask him to do a write up on Heng Yuan. We got the shareholder lists from Bursa when the price of HY reaches 4-5 and we didn't saw any post on hengyuan recommandation from mr Koon. It is unethical to post the number of shares mr Koon owns.

3) sifu remisier boss was a past tense in SC and i worked in SC before. A lot has changed for the past 20 years from MSC ,Merger to LEAP. I believe mr Koons cousine brother who is one of the partners of grant thornton Malaysia sits on the board of SC committees.

4) why would I commit suicide? As I enjoy my job and working well with my partners. Besides that, our asset management is doing well for the past 8 yrs with double digit CAGR.

5) hate and brag all u want. I have met a lot of listed companies IR and BOD across south east asia and i learnt / gain a lot knowledge from various industry from textile to age of technology.

When a person conduct a seminar on stock pick and promoting a stock(s) with or without fees. It is also falls into Market manipulation. Please read carefully as i never state insider trading but stock / market manipulation. If u dare to conduct any of the actions which i have stated in singapore and Hong kong u r already 'long dead'. I didnt openly attack mr remiser and his associates but i m just giving advice and solely to educate forumers. I'm sorry that Annetan has became a target with her neutral advice and opinions. Seems like this forum is owned by some 'big boss' and flooded with blind followers. U can attack me all u want but i will always stand up for what is right without any excuses, misleading, 'twist and turn' or providing false information. If u have read news frequently there are dozens of listed company is being questioned /querry by bursa and LHDN. Plus mr Koon had openly criticize the ruling govt . So try not to bark too much without passing through ur brain. U need to control ur barking habits with a strong mindset.

As I already mentioned earlier, multi billion investment bankers has approached HYR to consult the BOD when the price shoot up to 5 with a relatively low PE in the same industry. Bonus issue will only decreases the HY reserved capital or reserved funds where else share split will only affect the face value / par value. ill liquid shares with high price will usually affects the PE of the company as the trading volume will be low.. They have consulted HY multiple times but they insisted on expanding and diversify their core bizz. As a value investor and a fund manager i would prefer a company's growth over DY. BTW, does the sifu remiser has a fund mangement licenses? if he did attended latest bursa courses and exam it is illegal to manage funds without acquiring a fund manager license and must comply the rules on setting up a fund management / asset management company with a fund moderator / fun services. Any individual who invest/ involved (subscribers) will be fall under accomplice of mkt manipulation. with a maximum rm10 mil fine and / or 10 years jail terms. Let alone LHDM penalty. With due respect, I would like to get answers and opinions from mr Koon regarding 2016 gains from a re-miser. But based on his 2016 stock picks he barely gain 20%. As i recall , mr Koon always encourage ppl to use margin account. and for most of the haters and blinders , do u still remember genetec on 2016? price has recovered right? but that is after share consolidation!

1) the company does not need someone to "teach" how to attract to "artificially" jack up the share price

2) a good company will not put share price as top priority but how to guarantee earnings beside increase operation excellency

3) share price is an indicator of public reputation but does not mean the company should eagerly make money from share price appreciation thorough treasury acquire and dispose

No doubt KYY is the former founders and owners of listed companies but he is eyeing how to make quick gain from the corporate exercise through finance management... It is fair enough as all investors looking for investment return. What lacking here is investors and Company BOD like to read some suggestions on how to increase productivity or value creation through core activity...

I am not as influential as KYY but I strongly believe his proposal should not be considered as top priority!!!!!!

I m writing on behalf of those victims. I never said that HY and petron is not good.

without mr Koon advice on nstock pick, OTB wouldn't have recommended VS, latitude, pohuat, liihen, chihin & HY.

RHB & CIMB corporate finance head already proposed to HY IR & directors lo. OTB is small timer how can he persuade HY directors? even he ass licking mr Koon oso no use. how much can mr Koon buy from the MKT? As most of his money is stuck on JAKS. He has to Thank OTB for it. And i strongly believe that OTB made losses on mr Koon portfolio this year.

HY share is too ill liquid. I believed that they should do a share split at least 3 new shares for every 1 existing share plus should do a rights issue with free warrants to increase their capex on expansion and acquisition. even 1 billion share is too small base on EPS and such a sizable company in Bursa. Dividend can come later but growth is more important.

Jaks managing director, Andy is well known among fund managers for his notorious management and dishonesty. most of his land and property in selangor is acquired from previous ruling party. the latest Q result is making losses if u deduct the equity accounting on vietnam progressive project. Jaks got the vietnam PP more than 8 years ago and they fail to raise fund hence they set up a company to jv with china party. Jaks didn't get loan from china bank but getting shareholders loan from china party without disclosing the terms and condition. If the PP project is so good why jaks directors did not increase their shareholding substantially or self generate funds from the directors? furthermore Jaks has no knowledge nor management on coal PP. if u look at the financial report, there r none or maybe 1 or 2 small cap fund management holding their shares. only KYY and his wife owns more than 30% of jaks shares.my best guess is KYY friends and relative owns 15% of jaks shares. bare in mind that coal price is volatile and vietnam government wont increase electric bill overnight as it will cause havoc on household consumer and industry. Most of vietnam coal is sold to china in black market plus coal PP maintenance is high and the downtime is longer compare to other PP such as hydro PP, solar PP and other renewable energy PP. Vietnam is a very corrupted country where mudajaya oso encounter the same issue on india coal PP. I hope i m dead wrong about it and good luck on investing it.
