This is a family business not a pure corporate company where the MD etc are not related to each others. Can see that this company is facing some sort of challenges and perhaps undergoing a transformation which might or might not be successful. If you look at the Annual Report for the past 5 years, you will know what I am saying.
Stay away from this counter, till successful transformation is seen.
