i dont quite follow the news...help me to understand...is federal government supportive on puncak selling the water asset?

what puzzled me is that before EGM on 7th Jan, there is not much selling, instead ppl are buying up...but after the approval from shareholder on 7th Jan (which is good news), suddenly there are a lot of selling down...really weird.

may be ppl just worry about puncak business after water disposal....maybe they just worry too much and early...lol

it couldn't be tabung haji...if their cost is over RM3...and it is a known case that puncak will finally announce special dividend..and the share price will surge...why would they sell off at this final moment?

if not all warrant holder convert, what would be the consequence? the warrant holder don't get the dividend and face a "paper loss"? or they will actually make the dividend as RM1.29/share?
