hi, kcchong, may i have your comment on SEAL 4286. it looks pretty good to me. for past years the results are as following :-

based on EPS of 8.47sen for 9 months for FY ending 30/6/2013, its annualised EPS should be at least 10.00 sen. the closing price for today is 0.545 and if based on a PER of just 8, its fair value should be 0.80. thus there is an uptrend margin of at least 25 sen. (its NAPS is rm0.76) FY ending 30/6/2013 will be announced end of this month.

Just for record purpose, Ajiya closing price for today, 7/8/2013 is rm2.28. Up 14 sen since 26/7/2013.

EPS for FY ending 30/6/2013 totally 10 sen is achievable. If based on just a PER of 7.0, then the price will be rm0.70. very tempting to buy now at rm0.54.

Ajiya 1H2013 results came out yesterday. EPS for 2nd Q is 9.49 sen and for 1st H is 15.23 sen. for previous year EPS was 25.68 sen and dividend was 3 sen. NTA as at 31/05/2013 was rm3.45
for last 5 years FY closing, EPS and (dividend) as follows : 2012 : 24.73 sen (3 sen). 2011 : 26.78 (6) 2010 : 27.56 (6) 2009 : 31.21 (6) and 2008 : 32.31 (6) Today the closing px was rm2.14, up 11 sen after a high of rm2.20 It can be seen that its earnings are very consistant and is good for long term investment.

great investor indeed ! the date he wrote this article was only eleven days earlier when KLSE touched a low of 829.41 on 29/10/2008. just for info again, another low of 260 closed on 01/09/1998. looks like every ten years will have a low. if really that is the case, the next low will be in the year 2018. this is only my humble guess.
