Consolidate lah with aims to be in the mainboard, much easier to find creditors if there's need in the future!

Why not pursue a win-win collaboration between Sumatec and creditors/claimants vs the legal battle?

Why shares consolidation? It's spliting of shares that would enable TSHS to pay all his creditors. If he split 1:5, the new 4 he can use to pay each creditor provided they will support to pump up the price during trading!!! And of course investors-friendly announcement by the creditors/claimants would help push the price up significantly. Shares consolidation is not helping!

The solution is so simple and win-win to all parties! Move up the datum (current price) but keep reasonable profit margin for the pp taker.

Rakushechnoye oilfield in Kazakhstan will reach 1,500 barrels of oil a day (bbl/d) by end of March.

Another 1,000 barrel bbl/d can be added to the oil production after the completion of 12 well workovers by end of August, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

“The total oil production can further increase to about 7,500 bbl/d with the drilling of two new deep Triassic wells by end of 2018,” it said.

The report also said that based on a US$50 per barrel price of oil, Sumatec can expect a net of between US$30 to US$35 for every barrel of oil produced.
