With the exit from the particleboard/medium density fibreboard industry, the Group will now focus on rationalisation and downsizing of the furniture manufacturing segment to meet the challenges ahead. This will include streamlining manufacturing facilities to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.

At the same time, the Group intends to pare down borrowings for interest savings and to build up liquid resources to take advantage of any future opportunities that mayarise.

Qr future prospect
In the property market, conditions remain depressed and with no imminent signs of an upturn, the Group has refrained from acquiring land bank or new projects. While this would inevitably impact on future Group results with the imminent completion of our existing projects, there is no other seemingly viable alternative unless conditions change favourably. As such, the remaining unutilised
proceeds of RM15.0m from the disposal of Great Platform that are earmarked for land bank acquisition is proposed to be used to further reduce the borrowings of the Group. This change in utilisation would need the approval of shareholders at an extraordinary meeting to be duly convened.

Hmmmm. Let' do forex trading.Forget bursa Malaysia. So disappointing.

From my point of view it will rebound. But when is the matter of question. There are too many reasons making stock crash. First is now 2018. Back to 1997-8 2008. Stock market crash. Why? Because there is no correction about a year or two nor three. Second ringgit is stronger because of pre election and campaign from the government. Stronger ringgit making trader to sell their shares for foreign exchange. And the company suffered from selling. Right now We're grateful the company bought back their shares for keeping the price don't fall to penny stock zone. Which is more likely gambling stock. Would be more horrible if margin trader or low budget trader entering this stock.Third is now trump campaigning trade war between china. Other country too, they made trade war silently by increasing tariff for importing stuff. Ok this is just my two cents. Do your own homework. Don't blame me if I'm wrong.

Syf bought back shares about 2113300 shares. To keep the price at .3 .

With the recent completion of the proposed disposal of Great Platform Sdn Bhd on 27 February 2018, the Group received cash consideration of RM58.6m. The proceeds will provide the necessary capital for the acquisition of suitable land bank and other new
investments.

令吉最近升幅凌厉，严重打击以出口业务为主的上市公司。其中，家具股惨遭投资者抛售，导致股价大跌。

成业资源（SYF，7082，主板消费产品股）便是其中一家受影响公司。该股近期一直往下探，股价比起一年高峰的66.5仙，下调了接近一半。

而凭单成业资源WB（SYF-WB）跌幅更大。相比起52周高位的21仙，已经下跌了接近7成。

成业资源的主要业务，是生产橡胶木家具、板厂和产业发展，在截至10月31日的2018财年中，首季净利达628万令吉，比前年同期的1170万令吉净利，下跌46%。
